Request deletion
To request deletion, email support@automatify.com.au with the subject Inventify account deletion. Please email from your registered Inventify address when possible. If you no longer have access to that email account, contact us from another address and explain that you need an alternative way to verify ownership. We will not ask for a password, verification code or secret token.
What the request covers
A verified deletion request covers the Inventify account and associated application data controlled by Automatify, including account-linked inventory data, photos, connection metadata and analytics identifiers, subject to any data we are legally required to retain. Shared households require careful handling so another member's inventory is not destroyed without authorisation.
How requests are handled
We verify account ownership, review any shared households and connected services, process deletion of the account and associated data within our control, and confirm completion to the requester. If an ownership transfer or another action is necessary to protect other household members, support will explain the required step. Sending a request does not immediately delete anything.
If you previously synchronised inventory to a separately managed Odoo instance, you may need to contact that instance's administrator about copies stored there. We can assist with removing the Inventify connection and credentials held by our service.
Google Play subscriptions
Deleting an Inventify account does not by itself cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play. Google may retain transaction and purchase records under its own policies and legal obligations.
Uninstalling is different
Removing Inventify from a device does not delete your account or cloud inventory. Use the deletion request above when you want the account and associated application data deleted.
